Michael “Crazyhorse” Barrett is a young dynamic radio and television personality. He was a multitalented award winning varsity athlete at Bishop Eustace Preparatory in Pennsauken, NJ as a football and tennis player, and especially as wrestler where he was a four- year letterman and team captain. Michael gave up on college athletics and instead decided to serve in the United States Army in the Special Operations Community. He has enjoyed a distinguished eight-year career rising quickly through the ranks to the Non Commissioned Officers Corps. His military career includes a decorated 15 month tour of duty in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he received laudatory remarks from not only his fellow soldiers but from the local civilian government with whom he worked closely as a Civil Affairs specialist. In addition to his duties as a member if the United States Army (Reserve) he earned his BA in Classics with honors from Howard University in Washington, DC. Michael got his start in radio in Washington as a co-host for the popular “Fully Loaded Show” on WHBC. His Sports Radio credits include jobs as a regular correspondent for the Tony Cornish Jr. Radio Show on 1490 AM in Bradenton, Fl and for Scotty Hayes on 1220 AM in Florida. He has also appeared several times on television including “Lets talk Sports with Donnie G” in Sarasota, FL and Daily News Live on Comcast Sportsnet in Philadelphia, PA. His latest project Revolution 6:8 promises listeners an experience that will challenge they way they think about the world around them. Michael is truly an up and comer in Radio and Television. |
